What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products?
The minimum order quantity for our standard products is 10 pieces per model. For custom products, the MOQ depends on customization complexity and product type. If you need small-batch custom products (less than 10 pieces), please contact our sales team to discuss; we will try our best to meet your needs. For large-batch orders (more than 100 pieces), we offer more favorable prices and better service terms. When placing an order, our sales team will confirm the MOQ and related terms in detail to avoid misunderstandings.

How to place an order for custom aluminum doors?
Answer: Placing a custom order involves five steps. First, contact our sales team via the website inquiry form, WhatsApp or email, and provide detailed requirements (product type, size, color, glass, hardware, performance needs and quantity). Second, our technical team will design detailed CAD drawings and provide a quotation within 2-3 working days. Third, pay a 30% deposit after confirming the drawings and quotation to start sample production. Fourth, we will send the sample for your confirmation and modify it until you are satisfied. Fifth, pay the remaining 70% to start mass production; we will arrange shipping and send shipping documents after production.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various international payment methods for global customers' convenience. The main methods are Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), Western Union and PayPal. T/T is the most common: 30% deposit before production and 70% before shipping. L/C is accepted for large orders (over 50,000 US dollars), issued by a well-known bank in line with contract terms. Western Union is suitable for small sample orders or small advance payments. PayPal is only for small sample orders (less than 5,000 US dollars). Our sales team will provide detailed payment information and confirm terms to ensure safe and smooth payment.

How long is the production cycle and delivery time?
The production cycle and delivery time depend on the product type, order quantity and customization complexity. For standard products with small batch orders (10-50 pieces), the production cycle is 7-10 working days. For custom products or large batch orders (more than 100 pieces), the production cycle is 15-25 working days. If the customization requirements are very complex (such as special-shaped designs, special surface treatments), the production cycle may be extended to 30-40 working days, and our sales team will inform you of the specific production cycle when quoting. The delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment. For customers in Europe and North America, the delivery time is usually 15-25 days (by sea) or 3-7 days (by air). For customers in Southeast Asia, the delivery time is usually 5-10 days (by sea) or 1-3 days (by air). We will choose the most suitable logistics method according to your needs and ensure that the products are delivered to you on time.

What should I do if the product is damaged during transportation?
5.We attach great importance to the packaging of products and use three-layer packaging (EPE foam + carton + wooden frame) to ensure the safety of products during transportation. However, if the product is damaged due to irresistible factors during transportation, please follow the following steps to handle it: First, when receiving the goods, you need to check the packaging and products in the presence of the logistics company's staff. If there is any damage, please take photos and videos in time to retain evidence, and ask the logistics company to issue a damage certificate. Second, please send the photos, videos and damage certificate to our sales team within 3 working days after receiving the goods. Our after-sales team will verify the situation within 2 working days. Third, if the damage is confirmed to be caused by transportation, we will provide three solutions for you to choose from: 1. We will send replacement parts for free and bear the shipping cost; 2. We will re-produce the damaged products and send them to you for free, and you need to return the damaged products to us; 3. We will deduct the corresponding amount from your next order. We will try our best to solve the problem for you in the shortest time to minimize your losses.

How to install the aluminum doors correctly?
Installing aluminum doors correctly is crucial to ensuring their performance and service life. Here is a detailed installation guide: First, prepare the necessary installation tools, including a level, tape measure, drill, screwdriver, wrench, etc. Second, clean the installation area, ensure that the door opening is flat and free of debris, and check whether the size of the door opening matches the size of the door. Third, install the door frame: place the door frame in the door opening, adjust the level and verticality of the door frame with a level, and fix the door frame to the wall with expansion bolts. Note that the distance between the expansion bolts should not be more than 60cm to ensure the firmness of the door frame. Fourth, install the door leaf: hang the door leaf on the door frame through the hinges, adjust the gap between the door leaf and the door frame to ensure that the gap is uniform (usually 2-3mm), and check whether the door leaf opens and closes smoothly.
