Cooperation Process with Customers

Our 2024 cooperation with a French villa renovation customer started with their inquiry via our independent website, stating needs for French retro sliding and folding doors. We responded within 24 hours, provided preliminary designs based on their villa layout, and finalized parameters after 3 adjustments. A 1:1 sample was produced for confirmation, followed by mass production with weekly progress updates. We customized fumigation-free packaging and arranged door-to-door delivery. Post-arrival, we offered installation videos and on-site guidance. The customer was satisfied and signed a long-term cooperation agreement.
